Tapas in Spain are small servings usually accompanied by wine. At Tortilla Flats we have joined that idea with some of the tastes from Mexico.  Falling between the traditional appetizer and an entrée, the smaller servings are becoming part of healthier consumption.

Tapas are made for sharing, so bring some friends and join us on Monday and Tuesday evenings when we will be serving tapas along with our regular menu.
